Healthcare Fiduciary Certification Course – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing access to the Healthcre Fiduciary Certification Program (“Program”) for $1,240 (USD), you (“Attendee”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

All purchases of the Fiduciary Certification Program are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and limited-capacity nature of the program, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or failure to complete the program.

2. Program Completion Requirements

To receive your certification and complete the program, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

• Attendance at all scheduled live sessions (virtual or in-person, as specified).

• Completion of all modules, readings, and assessments within the allotted time frame.

• Passing score on all final certification tests within the allotted time frame, where applicable.

Failure to complete any of the above components may result in forfeiture of certification eligibility, without refund.

3. Access and Duration

Attendees will receive access to program materials for a period of 1 month from the date of enrollment. Access may be extended at the sole discretion of the program administrator. After completion of the program, content will become locked, and must be repurchased in order to retake any given program, where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including videos, presentations, handouts, and written content, are the intellectual property of Greenleaf Holdings LLC. and are protected by copyright law. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the program. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. Attendee agrees to not use outside answer sources in order to pass any tests/quizzes contained within the program.

6. Technology Requirements

Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate internet access, software, and hardware required to attend virtual sessions and complete program work. No refunds will be provided due to technological incompatibility. Live sessions will be hosted via Google Meet, which can be downloaded here.

7. Disclaimer

Participation in the program does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific financial outcomes. The program is educational in nature and is not a substitute for legal, financial, or compliance advice.

8. Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify the program schedule, content, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that the program must be canceled by us, a full refund will be provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
